I found this recipe in a Bisquick recipe book. It turned out beautifully and tasted amazing! You just throw the ingredients in a bowl, mix, pour, sprinkle and bake for 25-30 minutes! That's it! Music by Jason Shaw/ Audionautix.com So easy. 1/4 cup milk 2 tsp vanilla 2 eggs 3/4 cup packed brown sugar 1/4 cup Bisquick baking mix 2 packages (8oz each) cream cheese. Each package cut into 16 pieces and pieces allowed to come to room temperature to soften them. 3-chocolate covered English toffee bars (like Heath Bars or Skor bars) coarsely chopped. Bars are 1.4 oz each (39g) Caramel or chocolate topping (I used ice cream sundae topping) 1. Heat oven to 325F Spray bottom of a 9" glass pie plate with cooking spray ***I used an aluminum plate and I think the cooking time will be shorter if you do*** 2. In blender, place milk, vanilla, eggs, brown sugar and bisquick mix. Blend on high speed for 15 seconds, add cream cheese and blend 2 minutes. **I blended the ingredients with a hand mixer until smooth, I don't think you need a blender*** Pour into pie plate. 3. Sprinkle candy over top and using a butter knife gently swirl to evenly distribute candy. 4. Bake 30-35 minutes or until about 2 inches of edge of pie is set and center is still soft and wiggles slightly. Cool completely and then refrigerate at least four hours. Serve with caramel or chocolate topping drizzled over top. Store in fridge. ***I baked mine until the whole thing was completely set and it still tasted really good ...
